Iris and the Kidnapping

Joe was sitting in his office, watching The Hobbit on his computer when suddenly *Ring ring ding* Joe picked up his phone. The SMI was calling him. Joe said: “It must be those giant, goof headed, gangsters!” Joe picked up the phone and answered the call. “Hello this is the SMI, we have received news that the gang who goes by the name, The Selected Ones, is robbing the Cedar Rapids bank. Please come down immediately, you are our most trusted agent." Joe quickly jumped into action. He grabbed a pistol and a silencer, a machine gun, a small camera pen, and a grenade from his gadget wall. He ran to his BMW i8, and opened up the wing doors, got in, and drove to the Cedar Rapids bank. Joe slowly walked up to the two large glass doors in front of the bank, when suddenly, a yellow truck came around the corner, and while Joe was watching the truck, the criminals threw open the doors, which knocked him down the steps, and knocked him out. Joe woke up about fifteen seconds later, and ran quickly to his BMW i8 and drove after them. Once Joe caught up, which didn't take long because of his fast car, Joe turned on auto-drive. He then grabbed his briefcase from the back seat, opened it, and got out his machine gun. Joe tried to shoot the evil driver but failed. The Selected Ones' henchmen driver turned around a corner. Joe did the same, but when he did, the yellow truck had vanished. Joe slowly drove through the seemingly happy and quiet street. Just then Joe saw the yellow truck driving down a bright alley, so Joe quickly turned his car into the alley. Joe caught up with them within seconds. But then Joe thought: If I follow them they could lead me to their base! But they can’t know I’m following them. So the next turn that the Henchmen did, Joe stopped and threw a grenade at a trashcan that was in front of him. It exploded, which made the henchmen think that he didn’t make the turn and had crashed. But Joe secretly followed them at a distance. They eventually came to a small lime-colored house. By that time Joe had called the SMI and told them to bring everything they had. When Joe arrived, the SMI came with all their trucks and cars. They broke into the small lime-colored house and went down into the basement which was the Selected Ones’ headquarters. They arrested everyone in it. They captured a man who was in the boss’s office, who claimed to be the boss. They also discovered a large tunnel, so the SMI sent about

twenty men down through it. The twenty men came back with about twenty other henchmen. They had them arrested quickly. Joe asked one of the SMI leaders: “Are you positive this is everyone?” The leader replied, “I think so, the twenty men who went through the tunnel said they got everyone.” The SMI searched the Selected Ones’ computers and found all their history and all their plans. It was obvious the Selected Ones were finished. The next day Joe received a call from the SMI. "Good evening Joe, we know you must be very exhausted from yesterday's crazy mission. So we're giving you a vacation! You and your team will go on a vacation to San Salvador in the Bahamas. Have fun there! The team that will be coming with you is Ollie, Grace, Ashton, Stephen, Faith, and Kayden. Have lots of fun! Goodbye.” The next day Joe drove his BMW i8 to the docks of Florida and transported the car on his personal boat. Joe reached the Bahamas the next day. He drove to a bright blue beach house that he had rented. Joe invited Kayden to his house for lunch. They talked about how strange it was that the SMI would give them a vacation. Once Kayden left, Joe watched Lord Of The Rings for the fifty-seventh time. The next morning he went on a walk at the beach. After the walk, Joe decided to pay Grace a visit. When he drove to her house, to his surprise there wasn't a car there. Joe thought, "She must be shopping." So Joe decided he would go to Ashton's house. He arrived and his car was there either. So Joe walked up the stairs to the house. And to his great surprise, it looked like a bad fight had happened. Joe quickly ran back down to his car. And he drove to Stephen's house, Stephens car was there, so Joe ran up to the house. The house looked even worse than Kayden's. Tables flipped over, glass all over the floor, and things were thrown everywhere. Joe sat there thinking through what could have happened to all his friends. He decided he should see if Faith was fine. Joe drove down to her house. Her car was still there, so Joe ran up quickly to her house. When he reached the top, Joe was shocked to see that Faith was still there, watching Lost In Space on the large TV. He knocked on the glass door, Faith saw him and ran over. Joe asked Faith "Are you ok!?" Faith replied, "Of course, what's wrong?!" Faith let Joe in, they talked the whole thing through on her couch. Faith was shocked to hear all of her friends had been kidnapped or maybe even killed. Joe told Faith "I think I will go tell the police." Faith agreed. So Joe left, telling Faith to be careful. Once Joe reached his car, he saw a man with a mask, grappling up to faiths house on the side of the very tall wall. Joe quickly ran up to try to save her. Once Joe reached the top, the man was trying to kidnap Faith. Joe got out his pistol and shot the glass window, and jumped through it. The man in black took out a pistol with a silencer and shot Joe's leg. Joe reached him and they started fighting. The man in black kicked where Joe was shot, which made Joe fall. But Joe was holding onto the mask of the man in black. And when he fell he pulled the mask off. The man in black was Ollie! Ollie stuck a pin into Joe's arm, which made Joe pass out. Ollie tied Faith up and stuck her in his trunk. Ollie drove to a cave in a large mountain right off the city. Ollie added Faith to the wall where all Joe's other friends were. "NO!" Joe woke up, he looked around and he was in a hospital room, next to a man he had never seen before. The man said: "Hello, my name is Andrew, I'm an agent of British Intelligence. I found you knocked out on the floor of a beach house owned by... Faith Ramsek, I think it was. I heard horrible screaming coming from the house while I was peacefully walking. I immediately came to help, some man dressed in black drove away. I tried to chase him but he got away. So I decided to come back and see if anybody was still at the house. And I found you, I saw you were shot so I called 911, and here you are." Joe said: "Wow. Thank you so much! Maybe we can work together to catch the man." Andrew asked: "Do you know who the man was? Did you see him?" Joe answered "I'm afraid I do know who it is, it is... Ollie. I am an agent of the SMI, Ollie was an agent of British intelligence." Andrew said: "I used to work with Ollie on a few of my missions! Maybe... just maybe, we could work together to catch him. We both have a history with him. We could definitely help each other!" Joe answered "Yes! We could catch him in no time!" Joe tried to get up, but he fell down. Joe said to Andrew "I think I will be here till tomorrow, so you can get more info on him while I heal." Andrew replied, "I think that's a jolly idea!" Andrew left the room and exited the large hospital. Andrew walked to his car which was in the large parking lot and drove outside of the city near a mountain. He came to a stop at a large hut. He got out of his car and walked in. Andrew said, "I'm back, and I've gained Joe's trust!" The man in the hut replied "Oh that's splendid Boss! So what's your whole plan? Why are you doing this?" Andrew replied "Well, I used to be the leader of one of the most powerful gangs in Cedar Rapids! But thanks to Joe, and bad henchmen, they found my base of operations. And arrested every one of my henchmen! I snuck out with twenty other henchmen when I heard the sirens. Joe and the SMI followed us and I had a close scrape with some SMI men. But I got away and I had previously told one of my henchmen that if this was ever to happen he would pretend to be me so that they wouldn't look for me. Now I must get revenge on Joe and his dumb SMI agents. I have secured Joe's thoughts of Ollie being evil. Joe will lead me to Ollie and all his friends and I will kill them all right there! And show everyone I am still powerful. And once again become a powerful gang leader!" The next day Joe told the doctor he was feeling much better. So the doctor let Joe go. The first thing Joe did was go back to his house to collect his thoughts. But when he arrived a slightly pleasant package arrived. Joe found a box on his doorstep. Joe opened it and found that it was a cat. Joe took the cat out and found a note at the bottom of the box. He read it and it said, "Say hello to Jinx. If anything happens to this cat ten people in the SMI will die." Joe was shocked at the message. He quickly brought the cat into his house. Joe put the cat in a large cardboard box and closed the top. Joe taped the top closed and ran down to his BMW i8, and drove to the store. He bought a large metal cage which would let him have lots of room. And bought a bag of cat food. He ran back to his car and drove back to his beach house. He put the cat in the cage and filled two bowls full of cat food. Joe hoped the owner wouldn't intentionally hurt the cat. While Joe was sitting on his couch thinking things over, he received a phone call. Joe picked up his phone and found it was from Ollie. Joe immediately turned on his locator app which traced Ollie to a building near the end of the city. Joe answered the call and Ollie said: "Joe, I have your friends and I will kill them in ten days. Goodbye." Once the call ended, Joe texted Andrew and sent him the location of Ollie. Joe also told Andrew to meet him there. Joe ran down to his BMW i8 and drove to the building. Joe arrived there, but he saw Ollie's car in the front, so Joe parked in the back. After Joe had parked and got out, Andrew arrived. Joe signaled to him to park in the back. Andrew and Joe walked into the building through the backdoor. Joe pulled out his gun and pointed it in front of him. They walked slowly and tried not to make any noise. Suddenly, Andrew said, "The camera!" Then Andrew and Joe heard the sound of glass breaking. Joe and Andrew ran upstairs, they saw Ollie trying to get into his car. Just then Joe saw keys laying on Ollie's desk. Joe told Andrew "He forgot his keys! Let's get him." Joe and Andrew jump out the window and land on Ollie's car. By this time Ollie started running away. Joe and Andrew

started chasing him. Ollie climbed up the fire escape of a building and shot the ladder. It fell making Joe and Andrew unable to catch him. After that Joe told Andrew "I think I'll go home and think the thing over. Is that alright?" Andrew quickly replied "Of course! You deserve a breather!" So Joe drove back to his beach house. But when he arrived, Joe found a box on his doorstep. Joe opened it and found that it was a cat. Joe took the cat out and found a note at the bottom of the box. He read it and it said, "Say hello to Jinx. If anything happens to this cat ten people in the SMI will die." Joe was shocked at the message. He quickly brought the cat into his house. At that moment bullets started flying towards Joe's house, breaking the huge glass window. Joe quickly grabbed Jinx's cage and pulled it into a closet. Joe ran outside and took protection behind a wall so he wouldn't be shot. Joe pulled out his pistol and got closer to the edge of the wall and shot at whoever was shooting at him. After Joe shot a few, the firing stopped. Joe thought he must have gotten the person who was shooting at him. Joe then saw a black car drive away from the building which the shooter was in. Joe ran back inside to see if Jinx was okay. Joe opened up the closet and Jinx meowed at him. Joe sat on his couch exhausted. He turned on the television and to his great surprise, there was a warning. "This program has been interrupted to tell you that there is a whole island evacuation, because of the volcano Iris, it will be erupting soon. Please go to the docks and board the ferries. They will take you to a large cruise which will land in California. Thank you." Joe was shocked, he said: "Of all the things that could have stopped me from saving my friends... a fiery volcano!" Just then Joe received a call from Ollie: "I have your friends with me right now! They will die!" The call ended. But Joe was extremely happy because he said "I have your friends with me" because Joe had, of course, turned on his locator app. Ollie and his friends were in one of the landmarks of the island, Chairman Greenhouse. Joe quickly ran down to his BMW i8 and started driving towards the greenhouse. As Joe was about a mile away from his house he heard *BOOM* Joe saw from a distance his house had exploded. Joe turned the BMW around and sped towards, what used to be, his house Once Joe reached it, he looked around and saw an empty cage with the door open. The first thing that came into his mind was: What happened to Jinx! Joe decided he would go back to save his friends, but when he was walking to his car, Joe saw Jinx standing at his neighbor's house. "Jinx!" Joe yelled. Joe grabbed Jinx and ran back to his BMW i8. Joe put Jinx in the back seat and sped off to save his friends. When Joe or about a mile away from his house, Joe stopped because the police had set up a roadblock. Joe opened up the wing doors of his car, came out and asked why they had a roadblock. The officer said: "Volcano! No, stay!" Joe grabbed his gun, grabbed the officer, and pointed it at his head. Joe told them to let him go through. The officers moved the barriers, and let Joe pass through. Joe quickly jumped back in his car and drove away. Joe looked in the back seat, and to his surprise, Jinx was gone! "No, he must have gone out when the door was open!" Joe turned the BMW around and started driving back to the roadblock. Joe saw that the police had packed it away in an army truck and that Jinx was sitting in the bed of the truck! Joe quickly sped past the truck and braked in front of them. They stopped and yelled at him in Spanish. Joe ran over to the truck's bed and grabbed Jinx. Joe ran back to his BMW i8 and drove back towards The Chairman Greenhouse. Joe said: "If I keep having to stop like this, I won't make it in time!" Just then the man who shot at Joe was speeding forward in his Ferrari, shooting at Joe's BMW i8, which was bulletproof. Joe pulled out his pistol and turned on auto- drive, and opened up the top of the car and shot at the Ferrari. It's engine stalled and it stopped. Joe got back in his car and started to drive again. Just then an earthquake started which made it hard for Joe to drive. Joe called Andrew and told him to meet him at The Chairman Greenhouse, Andrew told him he would be there. Joe finally reached the huge greenhouse. Joe walked in through the front doors. Trees were lined on each wall. Plant and grass were growing everywhere other than the path in the middle. Joe pulled out his pistol and pointed it in front of himself. He heard light voices in the distance. Joe stepped on a wire which triggered a bell attached to a tall tree. Ollie got out his machine gun and started spraying bullets near Joe, none of them hitting him. Glass was flying everywhere. Joe shot his pistol at Ollie, getting very near his head. Just then Andrew shot a part of the glass wall and jumped in on all the action. Andrew sprayed his machine gun at Ollie. Andrew was only a few trees back from where Joe was. Ollie shouted out: "Joe, Andrew is a gang leader!" Joe shouted back "No! You're the evil one! Kidnapping all my friends! I never thought my brother could be so evil!" Ollie replied, "I only kidnapped them so I could trap Andrew!" Andrew looked at Joe, he thought maybe Joe had found out the truth, so Andrew pointed his machine gun at Joe and pressed the trigger. Andrew shot Joe six times, through the arm and leg. Joe fell and passed out. Meanwhile, Ollie freed his friends and brought them outside where he had guns. Andrew pulled out a deer skinning knife and walked slowly towards Joe. Joe woke up and with all his strength managed to say weakly "No, please." Andrew replied, "I’m the one who sent the cat, and after I'm done with you, I'll kill the ten agents anyways!" Joe then saw a rope on the grass floor leading up to a tree and coming back down to be held by an old crippled man. Joe gathered up all his strength and crawled over to Andrew. Now Andrew bent over to kill Joe, but Joe grabbed the rope and put it around Andrew's neck, and the old man pulled the rope. While Andrew was being lifted he swung his knife at Joe and cut his arm. At that moment Ollie caught Joe right before he passed out. Ollie told everyone "Let's get out of here, in thirty seconds the volcano will blow!" Everyone started towards the van which Ollie rented. But the old man sat in his wheelchair at the tree. Ollie told him "Come on we have to go!" The old man said, "I have lived a good life, this is where it ends, I am just glad I ended doing the right thing." Ollie begged the old man to come, but he wouldn't, so Ollie got in the van with Joe. Grace sped towards the beach where a speed boat was waiting. But it was too late *CRASH* a projectile hit a house nearby behind them. Soon enough projectiles were flying and hitting everything. The van was racing down through the street barely missing some projectiles. Ollie was bandaging up Joe when Kayden shouted "Lava!" He was right, lava was flowing down the street rapidly. "We've got to beat the lava!" Yelled Ollie. "We will, we have too!" Replied Grace. The van was near the beach. Grace was about one hundred feet ahead of the lava. They all jumped out of the van. Ollie grabbed Joe and put him on his shoulders. They all boarded the speed boat. Ollie started it up and drove towards the last ferry leaving the island. They waved it down and boarded it.
