The Kentucky Mission
Joe was sitting peacefully on his couch watching Lord of the Rings when suddenly... *Ring ding ring*... Joe picked up his phone to answer whoever was calling him. Joe turned on his locator app and found that the call was from a telephone booth in Kentucky. Joe thought it must have been Kayden a good friend of his. But why was he calling from a telephone booth? Joe thought to himself. Joe picked up the phone and answered: "Hello, who is this?" The mysterious caller answered "Help! its Kayden, come down immediately! Some strange people are following me. More and more of them keep popping up from each corner! I think they are agents sent from Germany. I have to go, I can't let them catch up to me! Bye Joe. “Not long after that frightening call, an even more frightening call came.
*Ring ding ring ding*... Joe picked up the phone and before Joe could say a thing a German voice started talking "Joe, we have captured your friend Kayden, you
Must pay a price for his life: you must give us the security passcodes for your SMI headquarters in Iowa. You will contact us when you are about to break in the base. The Internet is too risky, you must fly to Kentucky to deliver the codes once you get them. You will receive further orders from there." Once the call ended Joe was extremely frightened. What was he to do? Give up the codes or have his friend die?
He knew the SMI would order him to stay in Iowa. So Joe decided to steal the codes from the SMI headquarters. For the rest of that night, Joe thought of ways he could get in, steal the codes, and get away without being caught. The next day was Saturday which was his day off. Joe walked to an abandoned house a little way off from the city.
He walked to the front door and removed a brick from the wall and pressed a small red button. The ground behind the house started to lower down into a ramp to a door. Joe walked to the back, down the ramp, and into the door. Next to the door was a garage door that led to the garage.
Joe walked into the small door and into the underground base. His desk was at the back of the room and on each side was guns, bombs, grenades, special camera pens, and other agent gear. Joe walked over to his desk and turned on his computer. He got on an app that showed 3D blueprints of the SMI headquarters. After about an hour he came up with a plan. Joe walked over to the walls and grabbed a machine gun, a pistol
and a silencer, a camera pen, a bomb pen, and a taser pen. He walked out of the room and went to the large door which was the garage door. He pulled it open and revealed his getaway car, the BMW i8.
He opened up the wing doors and entered the car. He then drove out of the garage and up the ramp onto a run-down street up to the city. The SMI base was about thirty minutes away so Joe amused himself by watching Lord Of The Rings on the large screen which the car had. Once Joe arrived at the security gate the security guard asked him "Please state your business here." Joe replied "I uh... I wanted to give Ashton a present for his birthday!" The guard replied "alright" and opened the gate. Joe drove in and parked in the back of the large building. Joe called the German agents and told them he was going in. Joe walked in through the back and to his surprise, Ashton was sitting in the back waiting for a meeting. Ashton called to Joe
"Hey Joe what's up?" Joe answered, "I'm here to celebrate my coworker, John's birthday." Ashton replied "Oh it's his birthday? I'll come with you to congratulate him, I won't be at the meeting until about fifteen minutes." Joe replied, "Alright
come on then." Joe was actually thinking "Guess I'll have to take a little detour." Joe and Ashton walked up the stairs to John's office. Ashton said "Happy birthday John!" John replied "uh... It's not my birthday." Ashton replied "But Joe said... Wait where did Joe go?" Joe started walking up the stairs when *BOOM* a huge explosion went off which shook the whole building. About a quarter of the building was exploded.
Joe then realized why the German Agents wanted him to call them... They wanted to kill Joe! The part of the building that was exploded was the server room which kept all the codes. Joe ran back down the stairs and everything was chaotic. Joe told Ashton to come with him,
Joe said: "I can explain everything." Ashton followed Joe to his car. Joe drove off with Ashton while he explained everything: "The German Agents tried to kill me! I bet they've already killed Kayden!" Ashton said, "why would they want to kill you!?" Joe replied "I don't know but I sure am glad you distracted me! Otherwise, I would have been blown to bits!" They went back to the abandoned building which was Joe's base.
They parked the car and went into Joe's office. They talked the whole thing over and came up with a plan. They were to fly to Kentucky on different airplanes and once they landed, stay
near each other. So the next day they flew to Kentucky. Once Joe landed he went through the airport and saw someone with a sign that said, Joe. So he went over to the man who looked like he was from America. The man said to Joe "We can't talk here follow me!" Joe followed the man into his old truck. While the man was driving through large wheat fields, Joe asked him "So have you killed Kayden already?" The man replied "What are you talking about! I'm an agent of the FBI." Joe said, "So where are you taking me then?" Just then... *BANG* the
driver got shot in the head and he fell over. Joe grabbed the steering wheel and tried to keep the car under control. The car swerved over to the side of the field.
Joe grabbed his suitcase, unzipped it, and pulled out his machine gun. The door wouldn't open so he shot the handle and kicked it open. Just then two trucks filled with five men
with machine guns, in the beds of each truck came through the field towards the crashed truck. Joe sprayed bullets towards the two trucks they both crashed in the field which were a quarter of a mile away. Joe shot at them with everything he had. Every now and then there would be bullets flying towards him, none of them hit him. Once he thought they were dead Joe got his bag, put his machine gun on his back, and stuck his two pistols in his pants, and walked down the small two-lane road.
Every few hours a car would pass by and Joe would hide in the field. At about sundown Joe saw far away a shadow moving, Joe quickly hid in the wheat field and waited till he could see who the person was. After a few minutes, ten German men walked on. the other side of the road. Joe hid there until they were out of sight. Then he decided he would go to sleep.
The next morning Joe woke up to the sound of a tractor. Joe quickly got up and ran over to the tractor and asked the man if he could ride with him. The man said "sure ol' boy, hop on"
After a while, the man drove back to his house. Joe asked the man if he would take him to town in his truck. The man agreed and dropped Joe off at a small town. Joe rented a car and drove to Louisville, where he met with Ashton. Joe got a hotel, Ashton and Him talked about his crazy adventure. As they were talking Joe received a phone call. Joe said, "Hello who is this?" The German caller replied, "meet at the abandoned building near the town tomorrow." The call ended
before Joe could say anything more. Joe said to Ashton "we'd better go if we want to see Kayden again!" Ashton said, "They tried to kill you once maybe they'll try again." So that afternoon they went to check out the place they were to meet.
They drove down to the abandoned building. it must have been a five-story building once, for it was very large.
They walked in through a back door and entered the large building. Joe told Ashton to check the next floor while he checked the lower floor. Joe heard a beeping noise coming from the wood floor so he called Ashton through his earpiece and told him to come down. Joe grabbed a long piece of metal that was on the floor and pried open a few planks from the floor. Ashton came down about the time Joe was done. They were both shocked to see a huge bomb with a timer with only 15 hours left. "These bagpipe bellied baboons have planted a bomb!" Ashton said.
They suddenly heard from a distance a car. So they both ran out to their car and drove back to their hotel. The next day Joe and Ashton decided not to go to the meeting, but to ask the German Agents to come to a meeting that Joe would hold. Joe called the Germans and said “We saw your bomb. And because you are not honest we will hold the meeting because we are honest. Come to a house outside the city on a farm this evening.” Joe ended the call. Joe and Ashton drove down to the farmhouse and waited for them. Joe printed out a contract which they would make for the codes which Joe didn’t have. The German Agents arrived, the leader and twenty-five henchmen walked in the small house.
They searched the room for bombs but didn't find any. So the leader sat down at the table where there was the contract paper and two pens. The German leader told them Kayden was outside, so he signed it, then Joe and Ashton told them they would grab the papers with the codes. But they actually went to the van where Kayden was being held and shot the two guards with their silenced pistols. Joe told Kayden to come out. Kayden, Ashton, and Joe drove away from the building. The two pens which were on the table were bombs which exploded the entire house, killing everyone in it.
Joe brought Ashton and Kayden back to Iowa. Joe was congratulated greatly for his plan. Joe, Ashton, and Kayden go on to other amazing and crazy adventures.
